Trudy Sahai is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Zenith Services Inc. (ZSI), where she oversees general operations, finance, human resources, and administration. With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, Trudy brings deep expertise in business analysis, enterprise systems, governance, and operational optimization.

Her professional background spans telecommunications and large retail operations, with prior roles at Digicel Guyana as a Business Applications Specialist and Massy Guyana (formerly Neal & Massy). Trudy later established herself as an independent IT consultant, partnering with organizations to strengthen business and IT alignment, improve governance, and deliver technology-enabled transformation.

Trudy’s expertise includes enterprise systems implementation and administration, project management, business process improvement, disaster recovery planning, IT governance and security, and strategic business planning. She is widely respected for her thorough, direct, and results-driven approach.

She holds a Master of Information Systems and Technology Management from Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, UWI, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Guyana.
