HVAC and air conditioning

Supply, installation and maintenance of split and floor and ceiling units, sized to the room and its heat load, including cooling for server rooms.

Electrical works

Power outlets, dedicated circuits, distribution panels, automatic transfer switches, and generator and UPS connections for critical equipment.

Plumbing and fire water

Plumbing installations, fire water pumps, hose reels and fire suppression pipework, with testing and inspection to keep them ready for use.

Design and bills of quantities

Site surveys, layouts, load schedules and bills of quantities, with licensed engineers involved where drawings need professional sign-off.

How does a project run?

2. Design and quote	You get an itemised scope and quotation in Guyana dollars, with VAT shown separately.
3. Supply	We source the equipment and materials and deliver them to site.
4. Installation	Trades work to an agreed schedule, planned around your operations.
5. Testing and handover	Systems are tested and handed over with their records.
6. Maintenance	Optional scheduled servicing and inspections after handover.

Can I buy air conditioning units without installation?

Yes. We can supply and deliver units only, or quote installation and maintenance as separate lines.

Do you work outside Georgetown?

Yes. ZSI is based on the East Coast of Demerara and can quote for sites elsewhere in Guyana, with travel and logistics shown in the quotation.

Is ZSI registered as a local content supplier?

Yes. ZSI holds a Local Content Certificate of Registration, valid to 10 June 2027.
