Role Overview
We are seeking a Copier / Printer Technician to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for multifunction copiers and printers at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission copiers and printers
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing
Replace parts such as drums, rollers, fusers, and toner systems
Configure network printing, scanning, and user access
Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
Provide professional on-site customer support
Qualifications
Technical training or certification in electronics or office equipment
2+ years experience servicing copiers and printers
Experience with brands such as Ricoh, HP, Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta, or Kyocera is an asset
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, print servers)
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
